This is a new competion for the back yard BBQ enthusiast who would like to see what it is like to compete in a BBQ Competition. This event will be Friday evening. Judging will start as soon as the the Rose Queen event at the Rose Garden is completed. We will have a pannel of secret judges who will determine the winners. Entry fee is $25
